Hi! My name is Alexander Lima, and I better be writing my novel at the time you’re reading this.

I’m a soon-to-be English and Creative Writing graduate from Royal Holloway, University of London. 🎓 I moved to the UK in 2022 to share my passion for books with readers around the world. As an international student, my writing is fluid and restless, mirroring the constant movement in my personal life. It carries the chaos and beauty of someone always exploring, searching and evolving, as if longing to be elsewhere. 🌬️

Right now, I’m working on my debut novel currently titled Summer’s Over. It’s part social satire, part speculative fiction, and a whole lot unhinged. 📖 What I’m Reading

I read a bit of everything — from queer poetry to horror novels to my housemate’s diary (jk 👀) — but I’m a huge fan of dystopias and modern fiction.

Some of my favourite authors include Ocean Vuong, Margaret Atwood, Zadie Smith, and Suzanne Collins.
